Vickaël has over twenty years' experience in labour law, social security law and criminal labour law, dealing with all issues relating to employment contracts and employee communities.

He advises employers, managers and salaried executives, from start-ups hiring their first employee to companies with several hundred employees, particularly in cutting-edge fields such as those covered by the Syntec or more traditional industrial sectors.

His main areas of expertise are counsel and negotiation. When needed, he assists his clients before all social jurisdictions, throughout France.

He is a member of the employment law commission of the "Avocats Conseils d'Entreprise" (ACE) and of the "Club des entrepreneurs de l'Est Parisien". He provides training on psychosocial risks in practical workshops, and in topical seminars of selected business clubs.
