Caroline, a specialist in Franco-German relations, advises companies, executives and employees on all aspects of employment law and favours negotiated solutions over litigation. In the absence of an amicable solution, she assists her clients before the labour, civil and criminal courts throughout France.

Bilingual by birth, she is the contact person for German-speaking parent companies in the management of their subsidiaries in France.

She also assists French companies operating in Germany and assists her clients with all issues relating to secondment.

Caroline favours productive collaborations with her clients, providing them with the best possible support in labour relations (recruitment advice, risk prevention, professional training, etc.).

Caroline is an associate lecturer at the Sorbonne Nouvelle University in German business law in Master 2 and has previously taught French labour law.

She is a member of the Association of German Lawyers in France (attached to the Deutscher Anwaltsverein).

Caroline, an expert in Franco-German relations, has been publishing quarterly on labour law in the ‘Revue fiduciaire de droit social’ for over 10 years.
