Franco-German relations
Caroline Gögler, who is bicultural and holds dual French-German nationality, brings twenty years of professional experience in Franco-German relations to German and German-speaking SMEs and their French branches and subsidiaries, providing them with operational solutions at every stage of their development.
Caroline and her team also advise German and French employees working in both countries.
On all accounting and legal aspects, she works in a multi-disciplinary way in close collaboration with Franco-German accountants and a network of French-German colleagues, starting with law firm IMPACT, whose Attorneys at laws, members of the Berlin Bar, are specialised in business and corporate law, labour law and real estate law.
In the event of litigation, the firm represents its clients before both French and German courts.
Caroline is a lecturer at the Sorbonne-Nouvelle University in German Commercial Law and German legal terminology.
She is a member of the Parisian Association of German Lawyers in France, which is affiliated to the Deutscher Anwaltsverein (DAV).
As an expert in Franco-German relations, she is a regular speaker on labour law at French-German conferences.
